Perform a Full PC Scan

Edit the Registry

Check Whether the Proxy is Correct

  3. You should reach the category of Proxy.
  4. Now, turn off every option in the section of Proxy.

Make New User Account

You can make a new user account by following these steps:

  1. You should first open the Settings application on the system.
  2. Thereafter, go to the section of Accounts.
  3. You should click on the ‘Family & other people’ option.
  4. Then select the ‘Add someone else to this PC’ option.
  5. Later, click on the ‘I don’t have this person’s sign-in information’ option.
  6. You have to select ‘Add a user without a Microsoft account.’
  7. Input a password and username for the fresh account.
  8. Now, hit on the Next button.

Turn on WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service

Here are the steps that you need to follow:

  1. Hit the Win + R keys to launch the Run prompt.
  2. Afterward, insert ‘services.msc’ into it and select the OK button.
  3. You should find the ‘WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service’ option.
  4. Once you get it, twice click on it.
  5. Now, hit Start and then click on the Apply button.
  6. Finally, select the OK button.
