Fortnite: How to Finish Bounties

Fortnite Season 5 has brought a new mechanism in the game, Bounties. To make the competition much bigger and competitive, Bounties will play a major part in Fortnite. Now to play bounties, you have to unlock Mando from Season Pass. Once it’s unlocked, the game will ask you to finish bounties to earn Experience Points. As an example, if you complete ten bounties, you’ll get 22,000XP as a reward. Bounty challenges are available for both Solo and Squad mode.

After the launch of Season 5, a lot of things have changed. While exploring the map of Fortnite, players will find several NPCs in several areas and buildings. These NPCs are the ones that offer bounty contracts to players. The best thing players can do to find NPC is looking into the small towns and exploring them. Look for a speech box type symbol, and you’ll find an NPC to help you.

Once you found an NPC, spin the wheel to decide which task you’ll have to do. Once the task is allotted, you’ll see a yellow circle on the mini-map. You’ll have to reach over the yellow circle to see your target. Once the mission starts, a timer of 5 minutes will begin to restrict you from completing the challenge within the time limit. The size of the circle shrinks as time passes.

Once the bounty challenge begins, your target will get your location, so be very careful. While playing the challenge, you’ll receive plenty of warnings on the screen. So be ready with a powerful weapon, armor, or shield to protect yourself. Your best weapon choice for bounty challenges could be snipers and AR. Both of these weapons will support you in every condition.

Walk into the yellow circle, and you’ll see your opponent. Takedown your opponent and get the reward. The good thing for players is that there are plenty of bounties available in the game. You can play bounty challenges one after another. Bounty challenges are the best way to grind XP and gold rewards. Basically, for completing a single bounty task, players receive a minimum of 2 Gold bars. Once you successfully finish 5, 10, 15, or 20 bounty tasks, you’ll get additional XP as a reward.

Season 5 challenges are way different from Season 4 challenges. Along with the Weekly challenges, developers have added two more competitive sections: Bounties and Side Quests. Both side quest and bounties are offering an additional reward to those who achieve a good ranking.

The good thing about side quests is that these are separated into two sections: Legendary Quest and regular quest. The legendary quest only appears once a week, while there’s no limit for the regular quest.

Most of the bounty tasks are pretty simple, but few bounties don’t let players win easily. Winning over Mandalorian is not an easy job for most of the players. To win from Mandalorian, players have to find the right spot to cover incoming attacks and use sniper or AR to deal damage.

Conclusion

Fortnite Season 5 Week 2 is also live, and it is offering a bundle of great challenges. The good thing about current weekly challenges is that they are mostly related to cars. Along with the weekly challenges, players can get their hands on side quests and bounty challenges, offering a decent amount of reward to players.
