The most recent update to Madden 21 gameplay has come with various fixes for the issues which were arising within the game earlier. The update, along with the fixes, also offers the new abilities for gamers while they are playing with any of the specific players. There are fixes for the defensive coverage, ball carrier, tackling, catching, and various other general aspects of the gameplay.
New Abilities Added to the Update of Madden 21 Gameplay
A couple of days ago, EA released the entire title update along with their new Gridiron Notes so as to present all of the included things. The notes describe several newly added abilities in the update of Madden 21 gameplay.
It has an update regarding “Run Committed.” The defenders having this ability will dominantly be winning the run blocks when they will be using the adjustments regarding the Guess Play correctly, so as to predict a run. Incorrect guesses will lead to losses.
It has an update regarding “Pass Committed.” With this ability, the defenders will be able to win the pass blocks while they get successful in using the Guess Play adjustment correctly to predict a pass. Similar to the above update, here also, incorrect guesses will lead to a loss.
It has an update regarding “Deflator.” This ability will cause increased fatigue penalties while the defenders face a Ball Carrier having a non-conservative tackle.
The first two discussed abilities allow defenders an ability to pass block or shed a run, in case the player is able to guess a play correctly. As discussed already, guessing something wrong will result in a loss. The third one, Deflator, provides another potential fatigue penalty to the defensive players to unleash on ball carriers.
The recent update also has fixes regarding the issue on one more ability named Enforcer. The issue addressed in this ability was that it was causing the Enforcer ability CPU-controlled defenders to very frequently use the hit-stick tackles, resulting in causing more than intended fumbles.
By spending the Madden Training points, the gamer players can easily unlock and add the abilities mentioned above to their player cards in Madden 21 Ultimate Team. However, you should note that these new abilities might only be available to specific players.
These new abilities might be great for some gamers. On the other hand, there are also some YouTubers like Eric Mayweather, who have expressed their views on why the above-mentioned new abilities in the update of the Madden 21 gameplay is a bad idea.
